One sees a beautiful marina and thinks wow a star spot. Let start there and work our way to how we ended up at stars.Hostess seemed to be having a bad day, took us all of two seconds to reply to her “do you have a reservation” question before she sharply asked again. But we continue, still unbiased at this point. Still stars.Sat down at :, wasn’t acknowledged by waitstaff for minutes. The time is now : and we finally get the drinks we ordered. stars. We ordered the calamari to start as an appetizer, ordered at :, pm it makes an appearance. The taste, as if the oil it was fried in hadn’t been changed in over a week, it tasted dirty and burnt almost. stars.: our main shows up, an opened face steak sandwich and a Ceasar salad and some French fries. Fries, cold and stale and only a few whole pieces the rest were the bits and ends. The steak sandwich “open face” was basically smotheeed in steak sauce. The ceasar salad... I had romaine lettuce butts throughout it, making the whole thing extremely bitter. The dressing flavorless and watered down. stars.Overall the food was well below what you’d expect for a place right on the marine, the wait times were also though the roof for basic acknowledgment.

SALT went out of their way to provide an excellent experience for my wife's birthday tonight. They really went above and beyond for us. Patio heaters were set up ahead of our arrival, Natalie was one of the most attentive servers I've encountered, and the food was great. The bread pudding was amazing! Truly couldn't have chosen a better spot for this occasion!

This restaurant is definitely on the pricer side. The steak was welly prepared and the shredded bacon sweet sauce on top of the beef was quite surprising. No unlimited sour dough provided. The meatballs were great too, dipping in the flavorful tomato sauce. Having dinner while enjoying the sunset was pretty romantic but do remember to bring a pair of sunglasses while you wait for the twenty-sec orange sunset. It can get pretty cold by the ocean so also prepare a light jacket with you. Overall, it was a nice dining experience
